Anthony’s can step aside. This pizzeria uses optimum ingredients that are sourced from Italy. The owners went to Italy to look for ingredients to use at their restaurant and it shows. The cheese and dough is by far high quality. I prefer to have their fresh mozzarella rather than the reduced moisture option. I didn’t take a pic of my white pizza but oh lord it is DELICIOUS!!!! The ricotta melted with the mozzarella and combined with other ingredients is heavenly.
I love this place and will continue to come to this true Italian pizzeria.

ATTENTION ALL KENDALLITES!
Tim the owner was great! He made my family feel so welcome, and his hospitality was followed by some of the most authentic Italian pizza in Kendall which paired so well with the Birra Italia. P.S try the Funghi pizza! Definitely found our go to Pizza spot!
I would also highly recommend the Nutella dessert if you still have some space left over

This spot is fantastic. A little gem hiding all the way west. The pizza is tasty although im not a fan of Neopolitan pizza so i wouldn’t go out of my way to order it. Their pasta dishes though… these are all to die for. I think ive tried them all, excluding anything with shellfish, and they’re all delicious. I recommend this place to anyone craving authentic pasta.

Small quaint place with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend the rigatoni allá matriciana and the artisan IPA. My daughter had the pasta Alfredo and it was amazing.
We took a chance trying this place and so happy we did.
